- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They charge for packing tape. All I needed was 4 small strips of tape to mail out my prepaid package and the lady working said we sell packing tape. I didn't need a whole freakin roll! She said we are a store blah blah blah. I walked over to Falcon Bank and they were more than happy to give me 4 pieces of tape! I'm not even a customer of that bank and they helped me. I lived in Austin, TX for 5 years and have never had any problem over there. They taped my packages for me for FREE!! Eagle Pass location is desperate for money.By Edna M. Ruiz, June 15, 2017
